Sensory Check: Zero Odor   test and strict color consistency check.
2. Vacuum Forming MACHINE & METHOD

The most critical stage. We perform a strict First Piece Confirmation before mass production begins.

No Water Marks/Stains
No Over-cutting/Flash
Texture must be 100% sharp

3. Trimming & Assembly MAN
Hand-Finishing Standards
Trimming: Edges must be smooth. No jagged “burrs” or flash remaining.
Clip Installation: Hole diameter must be precise. Clips must be installed tightly with zero play.
Durability: Clips are stress-tested to ensure they are not fragile.
4. Packaging & Dispatch ENVIRONMENT

Protection: Plastic seal bag applied for dust isolation.
Traceability: Shipping Marks checked against order manifest.
