Our ultimate goal is “Zero Defect Delivery”. We classify defects into levels (Critical / Moderate / Minor) and implement full-process quality control to ensure unqualified products never reach our clients.
Our QMS is built on the ISO9001 process approach combined with the risk-oriented logic of IATF16949. Key control points already comply with IATF standards, paving the way for future official certification.
Every model must pass specification confirmation and First Article Inspection (FAI) before mass production. During production, IPQC conducts random inspections to ensure structure, contour, and installation match our standards.
Absolutely. We support full customization including brand logos, packaging boxes, and mat patterns to fit your brand identity.
If you can provide car 3D scanning data, we can develop the mold independently. The required MOQ is 200 sets.
We currently have limited right-hand drive models. Please provide the exact car model and year so we can check our database for you.
All TPE raw materials must pass strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) with odor confirmation and vacuum forming tests. Materials are batch-managed for full traceability; anomalous batches are immediately isolated.
We use “Self-inspection + Patrol inspection + Key process release”. Critical defects (structural failure, wrong retaining clips) are controlled at 100%; the production line stops immediately if any are found.
Yes. All critical defects go through a formal CAPA process including root cause analysis, corrective measures, and effectiveness verification. Trend analysis drives preventive improvements for recurring issues.
We respond within 24 hours and provide initial cause analysis within 72 hours. Full traceability allows us to track any issue back to raw material batch, production team, inspection records, and shipping lot.
We can provide samples upon request for quality verification. Please contact our sales team for specific arrangements.
Samples are not free, as they maintain the same high quality as bulk products. However, we can deduct the sample cost from your subsequent bulk order.
We require 100% payment before delivery. We provide detailed photos of products and packages before the final balance is paid for your peace of mind.
Yes. We conduct 100% Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) testing before delivery to ensure every mat meets our rigorous standards.
Finished goods are labeled with order and model identifiers and stored in designated zones. Before shipping, OQC randomly opens boxes to verify models, quantities, and packaging. Any discrepancy halts the entire shipment for a 100% re-inspection.
A standard 5-seater set weighs around 6 kg with a packaging volume of approximately 0.0724 m³.
Production typically takes 3–7 days. Our standardized production line can produce 6,000 sets within 15 days.
