3. Orders & Customization
Each TPE car mat is custom-made. Mold development starts after order confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.
4. Payments
We accept bank transfers and agreed B2B payment methods. All payments must be completed before production or shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
International shipping available. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties. Delivery times vary by destination and logistics.
6. Warranty & Returns
We ensure high quality standards. Replacements provided for proven production defects. No returns on customized bulk orders unless quality issues are proven.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bestway is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or any issues arising from misuse or incorrect installation of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and visuals are the intellectual property of Bestway and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
